Leadership is not something that can be taught; it must be experienced first-hand. In fact, perhaps the greatest benefit of NY-YIP membership is the opportunity to gain that experience. As a member, you are encouraged to enhance your leadership skills by taking an active role
as a volunteer on the NY-YIP board of directors or committees.
